RICHMOND—The scene in the Siegel Center was as wild and crazy as the Panthers’ dreams, and those dreams came true March 13 when Potomac Falls came from behind to upend Broadway 69-64 in a two-overtime thriller to win the Division 4 state title.

Fifteen Future Leaders from Loudoun high schools were honored March 12 at the School-Business Partnership Recognition Breakfast at the National Conference Center. Each year, the Loudoun Times-Mirror selects these young leaders from dozens of nominations.
