Dominion High School senior Dee Dee Fryer is recognized throughout Virginia as one of the premier sluggers in varsity softball.

A stat from an April 1 game against Briar Woods offered further proof of the respect Fryer receives from opponents.

It wasn’t what Fryer did with her bat on Tuesday evening, but rather what she didn’t do. The University of Tennessee bound outfielder was issued four intentional walks by the Falcons.

Fryer's teammates picked up the slack in the Titans' 10-6 victory.
