The day of days will eventually be upon us ... Pinkberry was set to open its doors at the Village at Leesburg this week, but a “construction delay” has pushed the opening date to Sept. 2. Pinkberry is a frozen yogurt store that dubs itself as the “original tart yogurt store.” Pinkberry started in L.A. in 2005 and has since been the hip yogurt spot for celebrities. It is made with live and active cultures and is gluten free. The store will give out free frozen yogurt Sept. 1 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
