    Pulte to expand in Brambleton

Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has plans to expand its presence in Ashburn.

“There continues to be strong demand for real estate in the Metro DC area, especially in Loudoun and Montgomery counties,” said Lewis Birnbaum, division president for Pulte Homes in the Mid-Atlantic.

“With consistent local job growth and low unemployment rates, growing numbers of consumers are looking for new homes with convenient access to employment corridors and highly regarded school districts. We are excited to expand the Pulte Homes brand in the Greater DC Metro area.”

The new community will be called “Trent Grove” and will be a collection of 34’ wide grand villa homes located within Brambleton. Home designs range from 3,161- to 4,350- square feet and all floor plans feature great rooms, lofts and recreation rooms. Prices start at $431,990.
