ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER POSITIONS Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services is currently seeking qualified applicants for two Administrative Manager positions; one for the Developmental Services Division (#13-P304-341) and the other for the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division (#13-359-342). Ideal candidates will possess exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills, and be detail oriented. Responsibilities include collaboration with Division Directors and Branch Managers in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures across a variety of work sites. Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010 software and have the ability to produce reports, graphs, spreadsheets and presentations from conceptual information. Requires a high school diploma/GED and six years of directly related experience, to include supervisory experience. Must be able to occasionally work weekday hours outside of the standard 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule in support of service delivery and to assist with meetings and special training events. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, credit check, driving record check and TB test.
