Asphalt Plant Operator Superior Paving Corp. is looking for a Plant Operator at our Culpeper Plant. Qualified individual must be detailed oriented, be able to multi-task, have excellent math skills and have a good attendance record. Previous plant operation and/or construction industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. This position operates asphalt manufacturing equipment, orders materials, receives and satisfies customer orders, and ensures industry safety standards are met.
