Two indicted for fraudulently obtaining $67K in student loans from NOVA, other colleges

Two Louisiana residents were indicted May 19 by a federal grand jury for allegedly stealing the identities of four people to fraudulently obtain about $67,000 in federal student loans from Northern Virginia Community College and other schools.
