    Calling all Bikers for Livestrong

    On Sunday August 19 Bill Cross and Woody Wrable of River Creek for the second year have dedicated themselves to a 20 mile bike ride on behalf of Team Livestrong Challenge Philly. They along with hundreds of others will invest their time in the organization that supports the fight against cancer. Bill is a cancer survivor and thus has a personal interest in such causes.

    Both Bill and Woody make an appeal for donations. The money will be used for cancer preventative measures and survivorship. A lion’s share of the funding goes for these purposes making it a worthwhile and effective endeavor.

    Bill and Woody say, “In honor of those currently facing cancer issues and in memory of those friends and family members who have succumbed to the dreaded disease, please consider a donation and join the fight to eradicate cancer.”
