Cast of Charlie Brown
Last week Wendy Hampton at Belmont Ridge Middle School in Lansdowne told me her daughter, 11 year old Amanda plays Lucy in the production of “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown.”  And this past weekend characters from Peanuts filled the stage in successive vignettes performed by the teen community theater group, Players on the Potomac, at the Potomac Club.
Amanda who takes voice and dance lessons remarked “We were really lucky to have such a talented cast and crew. I am so happy to have been a part of this show.” 
“I was a little scared backstage before we went on, but once I got out on stage, all my nerves disappeared,” said Cierra Marco, who played Sally Brown.
Comments from the audience on Sunday evening can be summed up by what one person said simply, “It’s wonderful.”
