In those cold, dark days, people had to learn about wine through their local wine shop, newsletters and local wine festivals. Basically people had to interact with other people. Luckily, those days are long gone. The problem is you still can’t taste wine online. Hopefully this will change one day in the future – I'm looking at you, Google Labs – but until then, there are plenty of resources available.
