In Loudoun County, Atlantic Blvd recently opened going north from Davis Drive and West Church Road.  Drivers on southbound on Atlantic reaching West Church Road see a sign that says something like “No turn from this lane on red” for the center lane.  There is a red arrow for the rightmost lane.  The problem:  Mostdrivers going right are ignoring the right red arrow and illegally turning.  I believe a sign like “No turn on red arrow” would remind most drivers of the law, and avoid some accidents.
