Sterling resident Jenni Schick, 24, appeared on “American Idol” on Jan. 18 singing Pat Benatar’s “Heartbreaker” during auditions in Aspen, Colo. Schick was showcased on the popular reality show not only for her singing talent, but her wish to kiss judge and legendary rocker Steven Tyler – and her wish came true. Schick received one ticket to get a chance to vie for the “American Idol” top spot in Hollywood and a smooch on the lips from Tyler.
You go, Jenni!!! I can say I remember you singing the lead in Wired!!!—Buffy’s Mom
Hope she wins the whole thing! It takes guts and determination to get up there and do this - good luck!
You all are missing the point. The drum kit in the photograph appears to be equipped with an electronic cymbal, which is really lame.
Wow, lot of small-minded, and filth ridden folks out there in Loudoun and our churches I see, haha, if you see past this young woman singing her heart out in this photo then you’ve got issues, and some very distasteful thoughts running through your own mind. And if you feel you have heard better, or could do better, why didn’t you or your “better” singer tryout? That’s is what’s wrong without world today…folks judging each other, even these god fearing folks…did you read that. YOU don’t even know this girl but you have labeled her trash by a PHOTO! Unreal!
This picture is begging to be photoshopped
I’ve heard better
Oh yes….“this is not appropriate”....wouldn’t want her to share her God-given talent of singing.
That photo is far too suggestive for the prim and proper Loudounites. Please remove this immediately and do not dare publish it where my children may see it.
This woman is not the kind of woman we need representing Loudoun County. Surely there are more wholesome examples of young women to showcase. Please visit some of our churches for better examples of the women that make Loudoun proud.
So hot! Willl you marry me?
