    Marquis Correa

An Ashburn teen reported missing on July 2 returned home safe on July 5, according to a statement released today by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The report did not say where 17-year-old Marquis Correa had been during his time away from his family, only that he was at home safe and sound.

Originial story: The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old Ashburn boy who is in need of his medication.

Marquis Correa was last seen July 2.

Correa, who lives on Goodwin Court, is believed to be in the Ashburn area, possibly in the area of the Ashburn Village Shopping Center or the area of the Ashborough apartment complex.

He was last seen wearing a red shirt, grey shorts, a red hat and black shoes. He is 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

If you know his whereabouts, contact the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office immediately at 703-777-1021.

Whatever the circumstances might be, glad to see he’s home safe.  Hopefully they are able to get to the root of the issue and address it.  All too often, there are bad endings to stories like this.
