Bravo star to visit Belfort
Television personality and award-winning Interior Designer Thom Filicia will attend the Belfort Furniture unveiling of their Thom Filicia Home Collection March 31 at 11:30 a.m.
Filicia, the lead designer for Bravo Network’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” and star of Style Network’s “Dress My Nest” and “Tacky House,” is an interior designer for high-profile celebrities.
As part of his visit to the Dulles business, Filicia will present a question and answer session for customers on his inspirations and expressing his personality through design.
Following his presentation, Filicia will be selling and signing his well known interior design book, “Thom Filicia Style, Inspired Ideas for Creating Rooms You’ll Love.”
Proceeds from the event will be donated to City of Hope’s Walk for Hope, Women’s Cancers and Women’s Cures.
Filicia’s furniture line has been described as simple, with a unexpected modern boost. The furniture is manufactured by Vanguard Furniture, who will have representatives at the event as well.
Michael Huber, chief executive officer of Belfort Furniture, said in a press release that “We have always been committed to bringing the latest styles and trends to our customers and we are very excited to add this distinctive ‘American-chic’ collection to our lineup.” He added, “The Thom Filicia Home Collection offers unexpected design elements for every décor from classic to modern.”
