The non-binding guidelines were drafted by a coalition including: American Association of Health Education, the American School Health Association, the National Education Association — Health Information Network, the Society of State Leaders of Health and Physical Education, and the Future of Sex Education Initiative.

Sexual orientation is appropriately a fifth-grade topic, not a kindergarten topic. 

Your letter should have been rejected by a simple fact check.  But it wasn’t, leaving the public with the impression that supporters of Eugene Delgaudio receive special rights to engage in the same behaviors that make him unfit for public office.
