Sept. 12-13, 8 p.m. – 6 a.m.
Sunglasses were taken from a car at the 40 block of Whittingham Circle in Sterling. Although nothing was taken, the owner of a car at the 10 block of Whittingham Court also reported that someone had rummaged through the vehicle.
Sept. 12-13, 9 p.m. – 8 a.m.
A car was rummaged through at the 42800 block of Meander Crossing Court in Ashburn. Nothing was reported missing.
Sept. 12-13, 6 p.m. – 9 a.m.
Copper tubing was stolen from homes under construction at the 44700 block of Plympton Square in Ashburn.
Sept. 12-13, 9 p.m. – 12:51 a.m.
Nothing was reported missing, but someone rummaged through a car at the 21300 block of Small Branch Place in Ashburn. In another car in the same area, change and miscellaneous items were taken
Sept. 12-13, 9 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Cash and change was stolen from a car at the 21300 block of Marsh Creek Drive in Ashburn.
