Qualifications: Master’s degree in forensic psychology from Marymount University; previously a psychologist in the Maryland State Penitentiary System; independent consultant for Tastefully Simple; appointed to Lovettsville Town Council Aug. 16.
Family: Married with two children – Lucas, 4, and Zachary, 3.
Hometown: Allar has lived in Lovettsville for a year. She was in born Apalachin, N.Y.
Qualifications: Twenty years of active military service, including two combat tours in Vietnam; 28 years consulting for the Department of Defense; served on the Lovettsville Planning Commission from 2008 to 2012; Vice Chair since 2010 ; Lovettsville Union Cemetery trustee since 2009; and Lovettsville Historical Society Society trustee from 2009 to 2011; appointed to Lovettsville Town Council March 8.

Hometown: Burden has lived in Lovettsville since 2008. He was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio.
