Enrollment is open for Loudoun Citizens for Social Justice/LAWS’ two parenting classes.
“Parenting the School-Aged Child” is for parents of 4- to 11-year-olds. The eight-week class is every Thursday, 5:30-8 p.m., beginning Oct. 21.
“Parenting the Young Child” is for parents of infants to 5-year-olds. The eight-week class takes place every Wednesday, 9:30-11 a.m., beginning Oct. 13.
Classes are held at the Nurturing Parenting Program office, at 105 E. Market St., Leesburg. Children are encouraged to attend with their parents. Childcare and/or age-appropriate activities are provided. Classes and course materials are free.
