Freedom High School drama department advances to regional competition
Freedom High School’s drama department will advance to the Regional Virginia High School League Theatre Competition on Feb. 18 in Danville. The cast and crew of drama 3 and 4 classes will present “The Insanity of Mary Girard” by Lanie Robertson. Under the direction of Jon Mark Rogers, the department won first place in the AAA Cedar Run District Theatre Competition Jan. 21 for their production.
