    Town of Leesburg officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Events in the City at 3 W. Market St. in Historic Downtown Leesburg at 5 p.m. June 27.

    Events In The City is a wedding and special event coordination and design company, founded by Laura Ritchie and Megan Pollard in spring 2009. In 2010, they welcomed a new addition to the team, Christie McGuire.

    Events In The City also produces fundraisers, birthday parties, baby showers and bridal showers. For more information, visit eventsinthecitydc.com.
