The Town of Leesburg has discontinued their use of P.O. Box 88 as the town’s mailing address. The town’s main mailing address is now 25 W. Market St., Leesburg, VA 20176 where Leesburg Town Hall is located. The address change does not affect the town’s utility bills which should be sent to P.O. Box 9000, Leesburg, VA 20177. Town’s personal property tax and real estate tax bills should be sent to P.O. Box 9100, Leesburg, VA 20177. Payments including business license taxes, meal taxes and parking ticket fines should all be sent to 25 W. Market St., Leesburg, VA 20176.

The Leesburg Executive Airport, Leesburg Parks & Recreation, Leesburg Police Department, Leesburg Utility Department and the Thomas Balch Library all have separate addresses and all mail should pertaining to them should be sent to their specific address.
