Marc Paul Chinoy, president of the The Regis Group Inc. of Leesburg, was recently recognized by the Salvation Army of Loudoun County with the “I am a Shield” award for his service to the nonprofit.

Tom Gatewood, chair of the Salvation Army’s Advisory Board presented Chinoy with the award during the board’s monthly meeting.

“I am a strong believer in the need for all of us to undertake efforts on behalf of the community, a role that the Salvation Army exemplifies,” Chinoy said.
