The Washington DC Metropolitan Area LEGO Train Club exhibited one of their LEGO creations at the annual LEGO competition in Lovettsville Feb. 9. Jason Reaves, winner of the Food Network’s LEGO Cake Challenge and pastry chef at Market Salamander in Middleburg, judged this year’s LEGO Mania competition.

I sure wish I’d known about this BEFORE the event!


Cascades Library is planning to have a “Lego Expo” on Sunday, March 18, 2 PM where Middle School & Elementary Lego teams are invited.  If your school wants to participate, please give your information to the the reference desk, 703-444-3228, ext 2.


Is there a Lego competition for adults? My husband would love to go to one..
