Loudoun Grown Expo

The Loudoun Grown Expo will be held on Feb. 18 at the Bush Tabernacle at Fireman’s Field in Purcellville from 2-6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and includes local musical talent from Ian Gallagher, Fiddlin’ Dave and Morgan and Gold Heart.

“This year’s Expo has all the makings of a great event,” Purcellville Mayor Bob Lazaro said in a release. “Last year more than 1,000 folks joined with us to take in what the best of western Loudoun has to offer and I am confident that folks will enjoy what will be offered at the Expo this year.”

The 2012 Expo has 31 exhibitors that includes six wineries, nine producers, six CSAs and other rural economy entrepreneurs, including Purcellville’s own Catoctin Creek Distilling Co. For more details go to loudoungrownexpo.com The Bush Tabernacle is at 250 S. Nursery Ave. across from Purcellville Town Hall.
