Former Republican presidential candidate, U.S. Rep. from Minnesota Michele Bachmann, came to Patrick Henry College in Purcellville Feb. 25 for their Newsmakers Interview Series.

About 125 attendees listened to Bachmann answer questions from host Marvin Olasky and from the audience. She said running for president was the hardest thing she's ever done.

Rep. Michele Bachmann shakes hands with Ryan Hesse, an English teacher from the Loudoun School for the Gifted in Ashburn, who brought students from the politics club for the chance to see someone who ran for president.
Dr. Michael P. Farris, Chancellor of Patrick Henry College and Chairman and General Counsel of the Home School Legal Defense Association, makes remarks introducing the special guest.
