Dominion Academy, a private Christian K-8 school in Leesburg, Virginia, has announced two new administrators – Carson Rich and Marie Miller.
Carson Rich will be serving as the headmaster of the academy. He received his B.A. through Campbell University in 1988, and his Master of Divinity through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1992. He is a member of Leesburg Community Church, and has been a Youth Pastor and Discipleship Pastor. As Headmaster, Rich will be responsible for the spiritual leadership of the school and school operations. He will also be the liaison between the school and its supporting church, Leesburg Community Church.
Marie Miller is the academy’s new academic officer. She received her B.S. in Accounting at Kean University in 1987, and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1990. She is a former shareholder at a prestigious law firm, and a former federal prosecutor. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership through Shenandoah University. Miller will be responsible for leading professional development of the teaching staff, revising school curriculum and implementing extracurricular activities.
