*David Stanton has joined the Virginia division of national homebuilder Lennar as its controller. Stanton, who has 23 years of financial experience, will manage finances for the division, which has housing developments in Loudoun.

*Kevin Blake has been named director of food and beverage at Lansdowne Resort. Blake has extensive career service in the hospitality and tourism industry, most recently working as the director of food and beverage at Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, S.C.

*Steve Kisner has been named director of catering at Lansdowne. Kisner has spent more than a decade working as director of catering and convention services for Hyatt properties in Northern Virginia and California, and he most recently served in the same role at the Hilton Crystal City.

*Richard Manzolina has been named director of facility operations for Lansdowne Resort. He possesses more than two decades of experience in the industry and most recently worked at the Willard Intercontinental in Washington, D.C.

*Philip Monteforte has been named sous chef at Lansdowne. Before starting his job at Lansdowne, he served as sous chef at The Homestead Resort in Hot Springs for nearly a decade.
