For a third day, Loudoun County residents awoke to no power after a storm knocked out transformers and downed power lines on Friday night.
As of 11:30 a.m., Virginia Dominion Power was reporting 15,202 out of 103,830 customers were still without power.
Novac was reporting 2,697 out of 23,468 customers without electricity.
Dan Genest, spokesperson for Virginian Dominion Power, said crews would likely have 80 to 85 percent of customers restored by July 4; at least 90 to 95 percent will be restored by July 5; and 100 percent by July 8.
The company has recruited 1,200 power crews to help restore power from 13 different states and Canada, Genest said.
