Shenandoah University is seeking nominations for the Loudoun Teacher of the Year award.
To be eligible, nominees must be full-time educators serving in programs in either special education, art, music, physical education, drama, English as a second language or gifted and talented. They must also have five years of teaching experience with Loudoun County Public Schools.
Nomination forms are available at all Loudoun County Public Schools or via email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Submissions will be accepted until March 25. Finalists for the award will be recognized at a reception April 25 at Rehau Inc. in Leesburg and the final winner will be announced in May at a School Board meeting. The winners will be selected by a committee from both Shenandoah and Loudoun County Public Schools.
