Three charged with soliciting teenagers for sex

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office arrested three individuals in August and September who allegedly traveled to Loudoun with the intent to engage in sexual acts with children.

Anrug Sharma, 34, of Fairfax, was arrested in the Chantilly area on Aug. 31 and charged with one count of use of communication systems to solicit a minor (under age 15). He was released on a $25,000 bond.

Kenneth Matthew Maleski, 29, of Laurel, Md., was arrested in the Chantilly area on Sept. 6, and charged with one count of use of communication systems to solicit a minor and one count of attempted indecent liberties with a minor. He was released on a $25,000 bond.

Joseph Michael Confoy, 52, of Ashburn, was arrested in the Chantilly area on Sept. 15, and charged with one count of use of communication systems to solicit a minor and one count of attempted indecent liberties with a minor. He was released on a $15,000 bond.

Loudoun County deputies cooperated with the Northern Virginia-DC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force as part of ongoing investigations to arrest the individuals.

Authorities said all three began their communication via the internet with the children.

Comments

Maybe Confoy was just a camera man and not an illegal alien on top of that.

Why was Joseph Confoy’s bond only $15,000?

What people need to be asking our politicians in this election year is how long it will take our Commonwealth Attorney or CA to be to bring these upstanding citizens to trial. While we wait they are still on the street with our children.  But, that’s alright they are innocent until proven guilty and the CA has more important things to do like prosecute football coaches for crimes that didn’t happen or something so trivial that they shouldn’t be in our court system.  Such is life!
