APT Metrics and Eye Street Solutions have signed leases for office space at the Village at Leesburg. APT Metrics, a human resources consultant firm, leased 2,107 square feet of space. Eye Street Solutions, which provides information technology services, signed for 2,500 square feet.
Both companies leased space within 1602 Village Market Blvd., a 106,000-square-foot, class A office building that can be built to suit.
