Jose Diaz and Bianca Torres (soon changing to Diaz) of Brambleton got married in front of the old Leesburg courthouse on Valentines Day, seven years after he proposed.

Deaths in the family and other life events kept causing delays. Jose said he's relieved they were finally able to wed and the weather was nice despite it being winter.
