The Heritage High School Varsity Club will hold a Holiday Helpers event Dec. 8 for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. Younger kids can also be signed up if potty trained.

Holiday Helpers runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with kids participating in activities including crafts, games, lunch and a movie with the Pride.

Cost is $25 for one child and $20 for each additional child. Money raised will benefit an area family in need.
