    MacDonald is Foxcroft’s Athlete of the Week

    Lilly MacDonald, a junior from Bluemont, has been selected as Foxcroft School's Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 26. MacDonald, a three-sport athlete, is in the midst of a strong basketball campaign.

    MacDonald helped Foxcroft advance to the 2012 state final in field hockey, garnering team MVP and All-State honors for her play. She is also a member of Foxcroft's varsity lacrosse team.

    MacDonald's older sister Charlotte MacDonald, a 2012 Foxcroft gradaute, plays field hockey at Washington and Lee University.
