Raider volleyball program raises money for Side-Out Foundation
The Loudoun County High School volleyball program raised $7,555.49 for the Side-Out Foundation in support of breast cancer research and treatment. The Raiders hosted Tuscarora in a “Dig Pink” match Oct. 11.
Loudoun County raised money through online donations, gate sales and a variety of team fundraising efforts, including smencil sales, bake sales, silent auction item sales, admission ticket sales, spirit wear sales and collecting general donations.
Raider assistant volleyball coach Jarod Brown noted that “Loudoun County High School would like to thank Tuscarora High School and the entire Leesburg community for making this event such a huge success.”
