    Thiel among nation’s top kickers

    Heritage High School graduate Josh Thiel, a rising senior at Saint Francis University (Pa.), has been named to the College Football Performance Awards watchlist for placekickers.

    Thiel is the lone kicker in Saint Francis history to connect on three field goals of 45 or more yards. He set single-season school records for field goals and extra points made in 2011.
