Letters to the Editor

Thanksgiving is a holiday where we give thanks and be grateful for what we have. I am thankful that I have a home in this chilly weather, and that I have a loving family to support me.

I am also grateful that I have a Mosque in which to pray since a lot of people do not have a place to pray in their community. As an American Muslim teenager, Thanksgiving is just a normal day for me. It’s my duty, every day, to always be thankful and grateful for what I have because there is always someone out there who is less fortunate than myself. You should never be envious of your friend because she has got the latest IPhone or new UGG boots; instead you should be thankful for what you do have, like a family and a religious community, because these are the things that count, and these will help you in the long run.

U.S.A brought to you by predominately white men!

Sounds like sillyyak is a racist.

I am thankful for white male dominance going the way of the dodo.

I am thankful I am a Christian.
