Law enforcement shuts down Sterling massage parlor

A Sterling massage parlor was closed down by Sheriff’s investigators Aug. 7 after a nearly three month investigation.

A team of investigators from the Loudoun Sheriff’s Vice/Narcotics unit entered Ao Natural Healing, located at 45575 Shepard Drive, in Sterling around 6 p.m. Once inside, they found four adult females and three adult male patrons. The investigators discovered illegal sexual activities taking place in violation of state and county code.

The Sheriff's Office confiscated all of the business licenses and permits and advised the owner that all business activities must cease. All of the employees of the parlor also had their licenses taken.

The Sheriff’s Office Vice/ Narcotics unit enforces narcotics laws, handles citizen complaints regarding narcotics, serves narcotics search warrants and handles all narcotic related asset forfeiture. It also investigates gambling and prostitution offenses.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are possible.
