EMS open house and sprung spring

EMS open house: Prepare for a big day on June 1. That's the annual EMS open house at Arcola-Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department -- the one in the village of Arcola. The address is 24300 Gum Springs Road, Sterling -- yes, that's the address, but it is in Arcola. Put this on your calendar and we will let you know more about the happenings as time goes on.

Spring is sprung and the grass is riz and I can't believe the blossoms on the dogwood trees are already falling. Enjoy the beauty.
