Class Acts

The following is a list of ongoing classes in the Loudoun and Fairfax area. Theater:  Theaterpalooza. Walker Performing Arts, an arts education organization for children, is offering Theaterpalooza, an eight-week theater workshop for children in kindergarten through fifth grade, at the Douglass Community Center, 407 E. Market St. in Leesburg.
Session One will run Thursday evenings Jan. 15-March 5; Session Two, Thursday evenings, March 12-May 7. The times are 5-6 p.m. for grades K-2 and 7-8 p.m. for grades 3-5.
A group voice class also will be offered for grades K-5 on Thursdays at 6-7 p.m.
At the end of each workshop, a performance will be presented for family members and friends.
Workshops will feature scenes from "The Wizard of Oz," "Annie," "The Lion King" and much more.
