Raiders start strong

It took Loudoun County until its eighth game of the 2007 season to collect its first win. The Raiders decided not to wait this year, handily defeating host Musselman (W.Va.) 20-2 in both teams' opener Aug. 29.
Loudoun County has won three of its last four games, dating back to last season. Quarterback Joe Bushrod and running back Adam Yesuf turned in big games offensively, and the Raider defense shut down the Applemen.
