Ashburn girl advances to top 10

An Ashburn tot came a little closer Sept. 11 to her dreams of winning $1 million and starring in Las Vegas.

Kaityln Maher, 4, was voted through to the top 10 of the NBC show “America's Got Talent” after performing the song “Beauty and the Beast” in the round of 20 competitors.

Kaitlyn's next performance will be Sept. 16 on NBC at 8 p.m. The top five will be revealed Sept. 17 at 8 p.m.
