PATH hearing coming Nov. 19

The state will take public comments Thursday, Nov. 19, and will hear arguments to dismiss the proposed Potomac-Appalachian Transmission Highline.

WHAT: State Corporation Commission Hearing Examiner Alexander Skirpan presides over the public hearing. He will also hear arguments on the SCC staff motion to dismiss the application, and on PATH’s request for an extension of the regulatory timeline.

WHERE: Lovettsville Community Center, 57 E. Broad Way.

WHEN: Arguments to dismiss and to extend the timeline, at 6 p.m. Public testimony will follow, scheduled to start at 7 p.m.
