Ashburn man charged with second DUI in five years

An Ashburn man was charged with his second DUI in five years following a traffic stop in the 43300 block of Junction Plaza early Tuesday, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the area for a reported suspected DUI. The driver, Christian A. Diaz, 26, was located stopped in a car in the drive-through, according to LCSO reports.

Diaz was charged with his second drunken driving in five years, driving without a license and drinking while driving.
