A public information meeting on the proposed Bi-County Parkway will be held at John Champe High School in the Loudoun community of Aldie on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m.
According to an announcement from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the 10-mile, four-lane Bi-County Parkway is intended to reduce north-south congestion and improve connectivity between Loudoun and Prince William counties. The number of trips between the two fast-growing counties is expected to nearly double by 2040.
An informational meeting will also be held Thursday at Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas from 6-9 p.m.
