Delgaudio back to court first week of March

Loudoun County Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio (R-Sterling) will return to court for conference the morning of March 4 in the ongoing effort by hundreds of his constituents to have him removed from office, according to Circuit Court records.

Earlier this month, the Virginia Supreme Court assigned retired Arlington County judge Paul Sheridan to hear the recall attempt against Mr. Delgaudio; this after local Circuit Court judges requested recusal from the case.

Also expected to be exempt from the proceedings is Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Jim Plowman, a Republican, who announced his intent to be recused from the case.

“anyone elected to public office are entitled to be addressed as the Honorable for life.”

    Please, go on.

    If you look it up
“anyone elected to public office are entitled to be addressed as the Honorable for life.” Even if you don’t care for them. Do your research first TMC.

“Honorable” is subjective.  We ought to stop letting elected officials think they get to use it by default.

Who is a crook and a felon? The boy scouts, maybe Rapunzel? Id you choose to smear someone cowboy up and be specific. After the judge throws the recall out Eugene can get back to fund raising in earnest.

The person who posted as Eugene also forgot to say that they are crooks and probably felons.

Nice to see Delgaudio is paying attention to his upcoming court troubles.

I am particularly impressed within his cut and paste capabilities.

Actually, I would think he would be advertising the date and time of up upcoming court dates so you can “finally” tell his side of the story.
