Falcon Heating and Air expands with new Dulles facility

Sterling-based Falcon Heating and Air Conditioning has broken ground on a 20,000-square-foot facility at Dulles Trade Center West.

In addition to office space, the building is expected to include a heating, air conditioning and ventilation educational space to help train new workers.

“Our business is continually growing, and we find ourselves in need of not only office space but skilled and trained employees as well,” Bruce Rahmani, co-owner of Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., said in a prepared statement. “This is such an exciting time for all of us here at Falcon. We are eager to open our new training facility, which will help bring in a new wave of employees eager to advance their skills and their trade and help us and the community grow even further.”

Falcon has grown from two employees to more than 100 in its 28-year history in Loudoun. The company has expanded its services by 75 percent over the past year, according to company officials.

“We have experienced great success in the Loudoun community, but like so many other companies employing blue-collar workers, our growth can only be sustained with a steady flow of skilled employees,” co-owner Alex Hosseinian said in a prepared statement. “We are constantly looking to hire qualified individuals to join our team, and our new facility will be able to accommodate our growth and help train the future generation.”
