Falls Church man charged with assault following road rage incident

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office arrested a Falls Church man Friday after he allegedly followed a woman in his car.

Around 12:45 p.m. Friday, LCSO deputies responded to the 48000 block of Algonkian Parkway in Sterling in reference to a road rage incident. The victim reported she was being followed by an unknown suspect in a Honda Civic. Despite multiple attempts to lose the suspect, the suspect followed the victim and threw a can at her car, LCSO officials said.

Deputies identified the suspect as Jesse T. Round, 30. Round was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and driving on a revoked driver’s license, according to the LCSO.

He was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on an unsecured bond.

Again there has to be more to the story.  Why two(2) counts of assault. did he throw two (2) cans at her car?  Either way I thank LCSO for getting him off the road.
