Herndon man charged with sexual assault of a juvenile

Marvin D. Ramirez-Ayala
A Herndon man has been charged with having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a juvenile that began last summer, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Marvin D. Ramirez-Ayala, 20, was charged Wednesday with three counts of sending sexually explicit messages to a minor over social media and two counts of sexual assault. The relationship came to light earlier this week, according to LCSO.

Ramirez-Ayala began an inappropriate sexual relationship with the juvenile in August 2017.

There is no indication the suspect was involved with other juveniles. The age of the juvenile is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.

Ramirez-Ayala remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.

Put him in a cell next to Carlos Danger…

How about releasing things like how he met him/her, was it online or at a local social spot?  How did it come to light, did the juvenile report it or did the parents find out? Does he have a previous criminal background?  So many things could be added to this “story” that would not identify the child but are of interest.
