Patient/Visitor alert!!!!  YOUR VEHICLES AND YOUR PROPERTY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN THE HANDS OF THE VALET AND SECURITY PERSONNEL.

I went to visit my dying uncle and chose to utilize the free service as I was in a rush to be his side.  I left a $100 bill for toll in the coin compartment in vehicle and discovered it had been stolen on my way back home!  I called the hospital immediately and was directed to a security officer who informed me that his superior would return my call.  I waited about an hour and called back only for the same officer to inform me that he had no superiors and that I would have to return to the hospital to complete a complaint report. Being that I live in Columbia, MD and I asked him to email me the document but it was never sent!!!  This is the WORST HOSPITAL experience I have ever had in my life and I will go through all lengths to ensure that this story is propagated until this issue is addressed.
